The Thirty Day Challenge

Yesterday I read a post on one of the Canadian networking groups that I belong to (CEW - Canadian Entrepreneurial Women) about the Thirty Day Challenge, so I decided to check it out, and ended up jumping in with both feet.

This challenge, which officially began today, is an interesting one. Ed Dale, Dan Raine and Nicolas Messe created the Thirty Day Challenge and will show us exactly how to start an internet business and generate our first $10 without spending a dime. Thankfully the challenge is open to everyone, newbies and experienced marketers alike. One of the interesting things is that all of the tools and resources that they’ll be introducing us are totally free and we’ll be making heavy use of Web 2.0.

I was lucky enough to find a team to join right away. Thanks to ChristyK and the Manic Moms for taking me in :) Although we’ll be working as a team, each of us will be working on our own project which is awesome. And of course Ed, Dan and Nicolas have promised to hold our hands every step of the way lol.

There are many people who have picked up the torch - we’ll have to wait and see how many of those torches are still burning come August 30th when the challenge ends. I’ve spent some time today subscribing to blogs by other challengers, and setting up the first round of recommended tools. I promise to tell you more about the tools once I’m comfortable with them, and understand how they fit into the grand scheme of things :)

Ok… back to work for me!
