I’m up and running .. and so far, I’m actually liking it! Believe me, no one is more shocked about that then me LOL. I’ve got all of my major programs like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, XSitePro and of course Firefox and Thunderbird up and running without a hitch. Now, I am still expecting some problems with my digital camera, but there are work arounds for that (like a card reader) so that’s ok too.

I do agree that there is a ton of *fluff* in Vista. It’s pretty, that’s for sure

Instead of installing Microsoft Office though, I’ve opted to go open source with Open Office, which I can also install on my memstick so that I can take my files with me. This is especially handy for my work with the skating club.

So, today it’s time to get back to work and get a few things on my to-do list done.
