Even Work At Home Moms have to head out into the big scary world every once in a while, and when you stop at the gas station, I bet you absolutely cringe at how much you’ll be forced to pay regardless of where you live.

I’ve been scouring the internet for tips and ideas that we can implement to help ease the pinch of rising fuel costs.

• Drive the speed limit. A 15 MPH increase in your speed can cost you! Cars use about 20% more fuel driving at 70 miles per hour than they do at 55 miles per hour. Fast getaways at traffic lights can also contribute to extra fuel consumption – you don’t have to be the first car off the line.

Finally, it’s HERE! Yes, Paul Smithson and the gang over at XSite Pro have finally released the much anticipated XSite Pro Version 2, and let me tell you, the new version really ROCKS! I think it’s safe to say now that I’ve been beta testing V2 for several months now, and the changes and improvements and features that I’ve seen added in, changed and revamped are amazing.

Boy, am I ever bummed!  Sunday night we put an offer in on a 21.2 acre property that has 5 greenhouses on it, a beautiful house and a huge workshop.  It was our dream property in all honesty, one that even my In-Law’s were going to retire on… after we built their new retirement house that is.

We had planned to start growing organic vegetables, continuing on with selling unique tree’s (which is what the current owner had been doing), possibly getting into dig your own perennials and stuff like that.  There was a multitude of things that we could have done, given the chance.
