In the second of this three part series, author Tina McAllister has done it once again.  In the same easy to read and understand format as her first book, Working Your Real Estate Business is packed full of insightful information that is guaranteed to help you with clients – both buyers and sellers.

With more great tips on dealing with both family and business, Tina offers some great advice on possible solutions.  When dealing with “SuperMom” syndrome, you have to realize that no one person can do it all, or something is going to give.  In my own personal experience, that “something” is usually your sanity ;)

Admittedly, I was rather shocked by the example contract that Tina walks you through when working with a buyer, though I also realize that it’s just this type of information that is needed to build a successful real estate business.  Mistakes can happen, and they can be costly so learning all you can at the beginning can only help you in the long run.

Working Your Real Estate Business also has a look at the dark side.  Your own personal safety is paramount and Tina does a fantastic job of outlining several preventative measures.
