Connect With Me On Facebook!

Once upon a time I had a Facebook account .. but at some point during my severe addiction my profile turned into a hub of activity for friends, family and my music world.  To put it one way, some of the content that shows up there isn’t exactly “family friendly”.

Since making my reappearance in the Wahm Community, I’ve been getting back into all of my social networking – including Facebook, and I would love to connect with you there as well!

I’ve spent some time today connecting with a select few online friends, in addition to browsing through some the millions of applications that are now available .. WOW!  I’ve added a few of these apps to my profile, including two that I think all of us should be utilizing – and those are:

Networked Blogs:

This application is absolutely fantastic.  Not only can it automatically import your blog posts right into your profile and news feed, but it also allows you to follow other blogs of interest quickly and easily and displays a blogroll of those that you’re following on your profile.

Promote your blog on Facebook and to discover new blogs. NetworkedBlogs is a community of bloggers and blog lovers. Join the fun, add your blog, and connect with others who read and write about subjects you like.

Additionally, they are also expanding outside of Facebook on their own website that currently displays Top 50 lists in several categories.  If your blog is popular enough, you might just see your site listed there too!

Professional Profile:

I can’t honestly give this one a two thumbs up yet as I’ve only just started using it myself, however it does look like a pretty good one for connecting with potential business associates.

Professional Profile leverages your Facebook friends into business connections by consolidating professional information into one place.

This application is definitely one that can be very useful, providing it’s working properly!  You can view my Professional Profile right from my regular profile.. just click on the “Professional” tab.
