This is something which we must constantly remind ourselves! I constantly forget that this is true, but whenever I am reminded of this fact, I breathe a sigh of relief and relax for awhile!

Thanks for the motivation!

Personally, I don't want to be like the proverbial "Jones'" lol. I learned that when I was pulling my hair out trying to look awesome after having my 1st child. It doesn't matter if all the laundry isn't done, or there's a stack of dirty dishes in the sink, or you didn't get around to putting make up on.

I'm not surprised to hear you were guilty of the comparisons in your business life as well. I did that with someone I considered a mentor, until I discovered that she did next to none of the work herself! Not only that, but she was also single, and working a full time JOB. HA! lol

Don't change you because of someone else!

Thanks for commenting MaryPat :)

Dianne--thanks for nailing this one. I think that most people's disappointment comes from comparing yourself to either perfect people who don't exist or people who are nothing like you.

In fact, I was guilty of this for years--comparing myself to other internet-marketing experts who had no husband and no kids.

I finally realized that WE ARE NOT THE SAME. And that is OK.

I am now comfortable in my own shoes and doing very well. But it didn't happen until I stopped comparing myself to others and got comfortable with ME!
